DIY Astronaut Easter Egg Hunt

DIY  Space-Themed Laser Maze with Crepe Paper
Supplies
  • 1 roll of Red Crepe Paper Streamers
  • 1 roll of tape
  • 1 Color Your Own Rocket Ship
  • 1 pack of Astronaut/Space Rubber Duckies
  • 1 pack of Space Explorer Rubber Duckies
  • 1 pack of Space Easter Eggs
  • 1 bag of candy to fill the Easter Eggs
Directions
1. Set up the Color Your Own Rocket Ship at the end of the maze. Add crayons so that the children are able to visit and color the Rocket Ship once they make it through the maze.

2. Fill each space egg with a pack of gummy bears or other candy and leave a basket of these in the Rocket Ship so that each child is able to receive one space egg and treat once they complete their mission of making it through the laser maze.

3. Use the red crepe paper to create a laser maze by taping pieces to walls or banisters in difference directions as shown below.  Tailor the difficulty level to your age group.  The photo below shows our laser maze for 5 year old children.

4. Add Easter Eggs and/or Rubber Duckies for the kids to collect.
