Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1.5 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 4 ounces of cream cheese (1/2 package)
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 ounces of freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
1. Melt butter over medium heat.
2. Stir in the garlic powder and black pepper for 30 seconds.
3. Whisk the cream cheese into the mixture until smooth, i.e., no lumps.
4. Add the milk and whisk for approximately 2 minutes until smooth without any lumps.
5. Use the whisk to stir in the shredded Parmesan cheese. Whisk or stir until desired consistency.
6. Use immediately, tossing with pasta or serving on chicken.
