Ingredients
1 cup of butter
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
1/3 teaspoon of ground cinnamon spice
1/3 cup of quick oats
1 cup of chocolate chips
1 cup of mini marshmallows
1/2 cup of graham crackers pieces (about 1/4" in diameters)
Directions
1. Preheat the over to 350-degrees
2. Mix the butter, sugars, vanilla, and eggs.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
4. Slowly pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix well.
5. Add the oats and mix well.
6. Hand stir the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker pieces.

7. Add generous scoops of cookie dough approximately 3" apart on cookie sheets that are lined with parchment paper. We've baked this recipe many times and recommend approximately 1 Tablespoon of dough per cookie, but we've also gone larger!
8. Bake for approximately 17 minutes or until golden brown on the edges and the center of the cookie is soft.
9. Allow to cool slightly and then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
