DIY Nebula in a Jar (Galaxy Jar)
Ingredients
  • 1 jar
  • 1 popsicle stick (or craft stick)
  • Water
  • Cotton balls
  • Glitter (assorted colors of your preference - we used purple)
  • Spray bottles with water and food dye (assorted colors of your preference - we used red and blue)
Directions
  1.  Stuff cotton balls into the jar, constantly pushing down on the cotton balls until 1/5th of the way full.
  2. Spray dye into the cotton balls and sprinkle with glitter, stirring with the popsicle stick.
  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until the jar is nearly full.
  4. Add water to fill any remaining space.
  5. Use the popsicle stick to stir the contents of the jar again.
  6. Optionally: Add extra dye and glitter.
  7. Close the jar and use as a decoration.
