Recipe: The Best Baked Tempeh with Soy Sauce and Nutritional Yeast
This recipe is very easy and only uses three ingredients!
Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce package of Tempeh
- 1 Tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon of nutritional yeast
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Chop the tempeh into small chunks.
3. Marinade the tempeh chunks in the soy sauce for approximately 30 minutes.
4. Place the marinating tempeh on a cooking sheet.
5. Sprinkle the tempeh with nutritional yeast.
6. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, flip the tempeh, and bake for another 10 minutes.
