Recipe: Easy Oven Baked Chicken Nuggets using a Baking Rack
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup flour
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cups bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a small bowl, mix the flour, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour into a quart size ziploc bag that seals.
3. Cut the chicken into small pieces for nuggets.
4. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg and thoroughly coat it.
5. Put a few pieces of egg coated chicken into the bag of coating and shake until well coated.
6. Place the chicken nuggets on a baking rack that you place on top of a cookie sheet.
7. Repeat steps 4 to 6 until all of the chicken is coated and ready to bake.
8. Bake for approximately 25 minutes. The chicken nuggets should be golden brown.
