Recipe: Easy Rocky Road Popcorn

This recipe is easy to make if you use the Chocolate Pen! My children love this Chocolate Pen and are always excited to use it. It's nice to keep on hand for the holidays since you are able to quickly create beautiful treats!

Ingredients

• 1 bag of microwave popcorn
• 1 chocolate refill packet for the Chocolate Pen
• 1/4 cup of almonds dusted in raw cacao (or plain, if you prefer)
• 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows

Directions

1. Pop the popcorn and spread it on a sheet of wax paper.

2. Distribute the almonds and marshmallows throughout the popcorn.

3. Use the Chocolate Pen to drizzle chocolate onto the popcorn, marshmallows, and almonds.

4. Allow to dry and then serve or put into decorate bags to share with others.
