Plus, these moist muffins come in a variety of flavors that do not use high fructose corn syrup and are free of trans-fat.  In today's post, I'll tell you about their latest indulgent creation -- Little Bites® Cookies & Crème Muffins!  I'll also share an easy recipe  that your little chefs will enjoy making -- Cookies & Cream Trifles. Entenmman's Little Bites releases seasonal flavors throughout the year.  The current flavor is perfect for holiday snacking -- Little Bites® Cookies & Crème Muffins!  These perfectly portioned pouches of mini muffins are one of their best creations yet. They are inspired by the beloved flavor of classic chocolate sandwich cookies and bursts of creaminess. We love to eat these pre-portioned pouches for breakfast on the go. We also love them in a recipe that my little chefs created below -- Cookies & Crème Trifles featuring Little Bites® Cookies & Crème muffins!

If your children are like mine, they are eager to help in the kitchen. This recipe kept them busy and actually tasted fabulous!  

Recipe: Cookies & Crème Trifles featuring Little Bites® Cookies & Crème muffins

Ingredients

• 1 bag of Little Bites® Cookies & Crème muffins
• 1/2 cup of whipped cream
• 6 chocolate sandwich cookies

Directions

1. Place the chocolate sandwich cookies in a plastic bag and seal. Let your children pound the bag with a wooden spoon.

2. Remove any large cookie chunks and set aside.

3. Pour the cookie crumbs into the whipped cream and gently stir.

4. Scoop some of the whipped cream into a clear plastic dish.  

5. Add any large cookie chunks.

6. Add two Little Bites® Cookies & Crème muffins.

7. Add more whipped cream and any large cookie chunks on top of the muffins.

8. Continue to layer any remaining ingredients.
