If you follow regularly, you may know that we love outdoor activities.  We especially love running or riding our bicycles. These are great hobbies to help keep us fit, but we sometimes overdo our workouts. In today's post, I'll tell you about how we love Salonpas topical pain relief products. As I mentioned earlier, my family spends a lot of time running and biking. We are currently training for our first 5K together.
