Recipe: Vegan Cream Cheese Frosting Using Kite Hill Cream Cheese Alternative
Ingredients
- One 8-ounce container of Kite Hill Cream Cheese Alternative (made with almond milk)
- 1/2 cup of vegan butter (softened)
- 3 cups of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
Directions
1. Add all of the ingredients to your mixer and blend on a medium speed until well blended.
2. Add more powdered sugar if you want to thicken the recipe.
3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the frosting to thicken.
4. Use this vegan frosting on your favorite baked goods!
