DIY Holiday Cupcake Socks
Supplies
- Your favorite socks - we love multi-colored Bombas socks!
- Cardstock
- Circle shaped stickers or poms (for a cherry on top)
- Scissors
Directions
1. Either hand-cut or use a Cricut to cut card stock into cupcake liners. Personally, we used a Cricut and selected one of the free "Cupcake Liner" graphics. We cut three per 12"x12" sheet of cardstock.
2. Assemble the card stock cupcake liners.
3. Roll the socks into a cupcake shape, place in a cupcake liner, and top with a sticker or pom to look like a cherry on top!
We love Bombas socks for this holiday gifting project! Gifting socks is a holiday tradition for many families. Transforming them into cupcakes makes it more fun to gift socks! It's also an exciting way to gift socks to nursing homes or organizations that collect socks for people in need.
Now that I showed you how to make the Holiday Cupcake Socks, let me share some of our favorite Bombas socks! My husband loves the Men's Lightweight Running Ankle Sock 3-Pack! These socks are a perfect blend of comfort and performance. The socks provide exceptional cushioning and support during his runs, ensuring his feet stay cool and blister-free, making every run a more enjoyable and comfortable experience.
My oldest son is a big guy who wears size 13 1/2 socks. Many stores do not carry socks that are big enough for him. Luckily, Bombas has him covered with their Men's Tri-Block Marl Ankle Sock 6-Pack in size XL which covers sizes 13 1/2 to 16. My son is a big fan of these socks due to their stylish design and exceptional durability. These socks not only keep his feet comfortable all day, but the trendy color combinations and quality materials also make them a fashion statement for him.
Personally, I have a tough time finding socks in my size as well. Many one-size socks at local stores are up to size 9. It's hard to find socks that are actually comfortable for my size! Bombas is my go-to brand for socks that fit. Instead of a one-size-fits-all, they offer more customized sizing. For instance, I love their Women's Low-Cut No Show Sock 4-Pack in size Large for sizes 11 to 13. They fit perfectly and don't dig into my heel! These socks are a seamless blend of comfort and versatility. They socks stay in place and remain invisible inside my shoes, ensuring a blister-free and comfortable experience all day long!
Our youngest loves his Bombas too! Our biggest challenge with him is that he stress tests his clothing and socks! Bombas are the ONLY socks that have withstood his energetic behavior to date! He currently loves the Youth Ankle Sock 8-Pack which contain a mix of neutral color and playful socks. These socks are incredibly soft and cushioned, making them perfect for active days, and their fun, vibrant colors and patterns add a touch of excitement to his outfit. Plus, knowing that Bombas donates a pair of socks for each one purchased gives him a sense of pride in wearing them.
Here is another view to show a closer look. He loves all of the socks, especially the ones with sweet little animals!
I hope that you have fun with this DIY Holiday Cupcake Socks project! I also hope that you stock up on cozy Bombas socks for the holidays!
